Um, so not everyone has joined the Facebook group
I hate to say this, especially to the ones who think Facebook takes too much out of their life, but I don’t see any activity whatsoever on the group. Sure we can talk on Tumblr, but I feel like there should be some activity there too. Who are the ones actually in charge of the promotions? If you need to send out messages, I’ll make you admin or officer or whatever. Just send me a message. I think it’s best (if we do want a lot of ppl to come to see it) that we give them at least a 3 to 5 days’ notice of the show. Or should I do it? Can anyone suggest an intriguing invitation message for the show??
Anyways, today after classes I took some time and went to the gallery (around 6-7ish). There was a big white tent there… (which looked kinda weird and cool at the same time) I was there to think about where mine would be best placed at (have to be near a LAN/power outlet) and I managed to pick 2 spots for mine, but I guess we’d have to discuss that first. BTW, anyone have any idea on where and when the COW is going to disappear from the room? It looked like it had some anti-theft device on it, so I didn’t touch it.
So the gallery is just waiting there for us. Definitely needed to be mobbed up or something… a lot of dust there.
How’s everyone with their work? Hope they’re all going well.
Aha! Guilty as charged, my man. I don’t use Facebook all that much, although I do have an account. Honestly, I forgot the name of the group almost immediately after you said what it was in class. Please post the name of the group here so that I and everyone else can find it and join it? As for the COW: I think you need to take responsibility for it yourself. In other words, ask the technician for help. Good luck!
